CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA
(serves one)

INGREDIENTS
Boiled pasta (serving for one)
1 tbsp butter
200g chicken thigh, cubed
1/4 tsp dried oregano
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 cup cooking cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
INGREDIENTS
- Boil pasta in lightly salted water until al dente.
- In a pan on medium high heat, melt butter.
- Add in chicken thigh (skin-side down). Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Once golden brown and cooked all the way through, remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same pan, add in garlic. Cook until aromatic.
- Add in cooking cream and cheese. Adjust as needed.
- Add in boiled pasta and mix thoroughly. You can add some pasta water to help emulsify the sauce to the pasta.
- Season accordingly.
- Add in cooked chicken and remove from heat. Serve.
